May 8th

Today is block schedule periods 2, 4 and 6.  This week, you will test in your Math classes.  We did a great job last week with testing, so let’s keep it up.  Keep in mind the theme for this year’s testing is Sweet Success … a reminder to stay focused, work hard, examine the questions, eliminate wrong answers and take all the time given.

Don’t forget, students who demonstrate consistent effort in their testing period will be given a raffle ticket by their teacher.  This raffle ticket will be entered into a drawing every Wednesday during lunch where Mrs. Eeds will be raffling off over 100 snacks, candy and other assorted goodies.

It's that time of year again...for those of you 7th graders who want to participate in an 8th grade student leadership club at Jepson, applications will be available beginning on Wednesday, May 9th in the counseling office. Yearbook captures your memories and creates our outstanding yearbook. Student Activities will plan and coordinate lunch time activities and rallies. Peer Assistants help our 7th graders transition to middle school and run our school wide recycling program. Club Live plans Red Ribbon Week, Water Balloonza and so much more. Applications are due back to counseling by Wednesday, May 16th NO EXCEPTIONS.

Finally, track and field has their home meet this Thursday at Vacaville High School.
