Summer Hours

Willis Jepson Summer Office Hours will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM.  The office will be closed from June 25, 2018 to July 31, 2018, and reopen on August 1, 2018.  If you are in need of assistance during this time period, please go to the Vacaville Unified School District Educational Services Center at 401 Nut Tree Road, Vacaville, CA 95687.

18-19 School Hours

Willis Jepson Middle School will have a new bell schedule for the 2018-2019 school year.  The school day will begin at 8:50 AM.  The school day will end at 3:22 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and 2:31 PM on Wednesdays.

Adam Wight ACSA honoree
The Association of California School Administrators (ACSA) named Willis Jepson Principal Adam Wight the Region Four Middle School Principal of the Year.
Adam has been the principal for Willis Jepson for two years and was part of the administrative team that earned the school the distinction of a California, and then National, School To Watch in 2016. He is a veteran in Vacaville Unified having taught or been in administration for sixteen years. He has continued to lead the Jepson staff in being champions for every student’s success with a solid foundation to prepare students for high school.
ACSA is the largest organization for school leaders in the United States. The organization advocates for public school students in kindergarten through grade 12, as well as adult learners. ACSA Region 4 encompasses the counties of Mendocino, Lake, Sonoma, Napa, Marin and Solano. 

The ACSA Principal of the Year Award awards recognizes outstanding performance and achievement by individual administrators. Recipients of the award must show strong support for the school management team; exceptional leadership in managing school programs; to educational quality and student achievement; commitment to professional growth; and creativity and innovation in dealing with issues and problems facing public education. Congrats Adam- well deserved honor!
